My September Goals
1. Workout 2-3 times a week
2. Workout outside once ever two weeks
3. Get back to running 5 miles
1. Eat breakfast everyday
2. Get more protein in my diet
3. Only eat out once a week
September is here! For the next 30 days I’m going to make some simple changes to my gym and eating routines. During this month I am not looking to lose weight rather just to improve my overall health and fitness.
Now that the wedding has come and gone, I have let my eating and gym habits go totally go, we have been really busy & out of town a lot so our meals have been really suffering. This weekend it was so nice to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. We took a walk through the ravine by our house and I went for a quick run. I really want take my workouts outside while the weather is still warm & nice.
