Hello & Welcome to Blogmas!!!
I’m so excited December is finally here and to announce that… I’m participating in Blogmas!!
Some of you might be asking yourself “What is Blogmas?” so let me explain! Blogmas is when bloggers & vloggers post once a day for the 25 days leading up to Christmas. Each post involves Christmas in some way, shape or form so if you really love Christmas keep reading and come back each day for more Christmas fun!
For the first day of Blogmas I thought I would jump into the Christmas spirt and do a reveal my Christmas trees and my decorations. This year I tired something a little different with my decorations, instead of sticking with the traditional red, green, gold theme I decided I wanted a… PINK Christmas tree!!! I found this blush pink tree last January and have been waiting for Christmas ever since! Having a pink Christmas tree meant I would have to change my whole Christmas theme to make sure everything in the North Pole would match and look cohesive together. I started searching far and wide for ornaments and found myself making multiple trips to Michaels, Dollarama and Winners.
My original plan was to have a peacock colour theme but when I started putting things together I just couldn’t get rid of the classic Christmas red, so I went with a multicoloured rainbow theme instead. I bought loads of pink, purple, blue and silver Christmas balls plus I used every Christmas ball and ornament I own to transform our Christmas tree! It’s honestly the best tree I’ve decorated on my own and to tie it all together I also attached a few coloured Christmas balls to the garland so it would match the multicoloured theme around the room.
One of my favorite decorations I bought thing year was this super fun Merry Christmas balloons. I didn’t anticipate how big they would be and not being able to hang it up by string but I love how it turned out and will definitely be ordering more of these for other holidays and parties.
That’s all for my first ever Blogmas post, I hope you enjoyed my Christmas tree and decoration reveal. Leave me a comment of your favorite Christmas ornament and come back tomorrow for a Secrete Santa Gift Guide!
